I purchased a Cisco Linksys router in May. The router is no longer working correctly. I must unplug and reboot the router multiple times in order for it to work.
I contacted Cisco for assistance. They informed me that my warranty expired in May and, if I wanted any assistance at all, I would have to pay a fee that was more than 1/2 of what I paid for the router itself!
I will be researching other manufacturers. I just think that a product I bought barely a year ago should not be experiencing problems and the company should fix the problem.
