Dear HP,
I have always been very impressed with you products, thus when my daughter and her husband needed a Notebook to me their was only once choice, HP. I bought a HP Pavilion dv7-1130us Entertainment Notebook PC. It worked excellent then all of a sudden it overheated and died.

Keep in mind that the laptop was run 24/7 and when it was running had a cooler under it to stop it from overheating.
My son who is a Network administrator at one of the larger companies in Vancouver, Washington told me this model laptop has had this problem before.
If this is true why were we not notified? But, the main thing is they had some of the companies records on the hard drive.
If it is indeed the motherboard, and a flaw in the computer, what have you done for the customers who have had the same problem in the past?
