So sad when I'v spent well over $15,000 on HP stuff over the last 20 years, and the minute I have a real issue, its the run around. Many time on the phone, a second trip to the company for the same problem with my desktop tower, and the case manager starts their conversation with me " I don't know why this case was refered to me" Well here is the answer! Your product dosn't work! And I, apperently just another frustrated customer trying to get my desk top unit fixed. Wake Up HP! You were better than this when I started buying your products 20 years ago! Is anyone in upper management paying attention to your reputation? Funny I was in Costco looking for a new laptop for my son just 2 days ago, what do you think I should do, find an Apple without a worm!
