Let me explain the frustration that I have with this company. My last computer was only 108 days out of warranty when the hard drive crashed, I find it very hard to believe that this company can continue to stay in business when they produce such a poorly made product.
I have nothing but complaints about HP products and the service that they provide. I bought my daughter a mini laptop less than two years ago and the hard drive had to be replace already. Several years ago I bought a regular laptop and that hard drive also lasted less than two years.
I have finally learned from my mistakes and I will no longer purchase another HP product. I find it quite comical that for every Apple computer my brother-in-law buys I purchase 3 HP products. I guess that just goes to show you that Apple definitely has a much better product.
My daughter will be starting college in the fall and I will not even go near an HP computer, I will be purchasing her an Apple. I will also make as many people as I can aware of the poor quality products that this company produces.
