So sad when I'v spent well over $15,000 on HP stuff over the last 20 years, and the minute I have a real issue, its the run around. Many time on the phone, a second trip to the company with my desktop tower for the same problem, and the case manager starts their conversation with me " I don't know why this case was referred to me" Well here is the answer! Your product doesn't work! And I, apparently just another frustrated customer trying to get my desktop unit fixed. Wake Up HP! You were better than this when I started buying your products 20 years ago.
