I bought a desk top computer for christmas. I didnt have it 2 months the hard drive messed up. I took it back to best Buy to be fixed. I called HP to get a recovery disk you sent it to me took it to Best Buy for them to download. It will not work. Why!!! They have had my computer for about 4 weeks now! Why not just give me a new tower!!! This will be my last time buying a HP. I spent all most 2 thousand dollars on your computers. NO More!!!
