BAD Customer Service—On Line Chats ONLY - Customer Service & billing

Was pleased with MagicJack in the beginning. But when I had any problems arise found the ONLY way to communicate was through 'LIVE CHAT'. What a joke. Sit at computer for 2 hours twice! When I asked for a phone number to talk to someone, guess what? They don't have one!!! They are in the business to allow people to "call" others and "talk" really talk to each other, yet they don't do the same??? How HYPOCRITICAL!!! Can't they afford to have a phone line of their own? Also, when they said they forwarded the issue to the next level support who would get back to me, they never did - and I mean never, as that was more than 2 months ago. Recently, in dispute with an auto charge for service and they say it has been forwarded to billing, who will get back to me by email confirmation, so I will keep checking on that before disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company. GOOD LUCK to any one else. As I said at the beginning, I was pleased at first but then when dealing with any issues found their means of Customer Service SEVERELY LACKING.
