HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE - Customer Service and Billing

My credit card is being automatically billed for a years service six months ahead of my renewal date. I have not given permission for majic jack to use my credit card for automatic renewal. The on-line person i "chatted" with was sarcastic and nasty in his replies. When i asked for to chat with another person, he refused, cut the on-line chat with a final statement saying "good luck". If you paid for magic jack by credit card, beware!!! Check your statements to make sure you are not being automatically billed charges that you have not been given service. Magic jack is a great invention if it worked properly but that is based on numberous things, i.E. Computer, internet provider, and bandwidth. If all those things a good, then you have a good product. If one of those things is not top notch, then your mj has problems. Mj's customer service is horrible!!!
