I requested a refund under your 60 day guarantee on 15/3 as the program does not perform as expected.
I dont have a problem watching the TV as I had downloaded all the software and media programs you provided but apart from the add-on sport TV the content of the channels available is mediocre i. E only religious/political hence my dissatisfaction. Please refund as per your guarantee.
It is now 29/3 and my 3rd request and I have not received a refund or even an acknowledgement that you intend to do so.
