I delivered a notebook to del pcs to get a fix under guarantee on the 4/3. I had been educated with a dell consultant the notebook could be fixed under guarantee, I also obtained a contact wich mentioned that the fully-functional notebook might w delivered in 7 tp 10 business days. About the 12/03 I had been approached with a dell operative that the cost of £287.00 could be needed, after I said with this he decreased the number to £170.00, I stillwas unhappy with this specific and so I was aged a cusomer support consultant might telephone me 24 hours later. The client consultant telephond meon the13/03 to inform me anything I'd been informed your day before with no fresh present and did ot attempt to assist me by any means. Like a concequence of the the notebook has been returned unrepaired; I'd not recomend Dell comuters to anybody third occurrence and have the customer support is zero, all-they have an interest in is promoting poop im quality equipment.
