I have received neither timely delivery nor quality product

I requested a Business 17 notebook using the fresh iCore7 processor on 12 February.By today, 30 days later, I still haven't gotten the product. Dell mentioned that components for my notebook are on back-order. Further, they ended my prior purchase and posted a brand new purchase on my account, and without my permission, for that identical setup, all-in an effort to look to meet up their shipping on time efficiency. They've today postponed my shipping to 05 April.

Whenever you save money than $1300 to get a notebook but still not really obtain the the surface of the point with the alarms and whistles, you anticipate a regular shipping and quality item.By however, I've gotten neither. I've a buddy that requested a Sony Vaio and obtained a custom-built notebook within 5 times in the period he requested it. If Sony may do it, why cannot Dell?

I don't believe I'll actually cope with Dell Inc. Again, despite the fact that my last 2 acquisitions and all my tips to buddies have now been with as well as for Dell.
