The client service is horrible. Within the entire time I allocated to the telephone I talked with 5 various people and my notebook continues to be not working. I have not had my notebook to get a complete year however and have been through hell and back. They do not talk great Language and attempted to obtain me to pay for $150 or my notebook "WOn't ever function correctly". I need my notebook for college and that Iam sooo unhappy I'll inform everybody I understand NEVER TO therefore company with Dell!!!
