I've been an extended-phrase, faithful client of Dell. I recently bought my NEXT compter in the organization. It's garbage. Their assistance is TERRIBLE. I'm just like a rube that has been obtained. Dell doesn't offer assistance beyond an extremely, very thin screen. (I bought my completely new Dell notebook in late July, as well as in December they're declining assistance.)
