I purchased the merchandise but was never able to dowload it

I purchased the Norton 360 version 3.0 update. I taken care of it with my charge card online. I subsequently visited obtain it after I obtained the verification the deal choose to go through. It'dnot fill, and so I shut the display and tried dowloading it agaain, utilizing the item key quantity also it keeps saying unacceptable product key
