In August 20 I had been charged 2 times to get a Norton item after I just saved one on my pc. I'd started the procedure of accessing and had provided my charge card info after I was disconnected. I subsequently returned online and tried it again. This time around everything worked and Norton was saved onto my pc. After I obtained my statement yesterday I'd been billed twice for that price of $89.98 in the place of just one Norton cost.
Please resolve this and consider the extra charge-off of my charge card.
