I purchased a Dell Monitor (ultrasharp 2408wfp) After 1 year had a problem. They replaced it! (refurbished)
After 2 weekes another problem! I contacted Dell! I was told by customer care that if I purchased a new monitor, a doublesight 27" They would refund my money for the 24" monitor! Now no one will give me an RMA # I have been handed off from department to department hung up on lied to! The company has totally misrepresented itself! I have been on the phone so long that I now speak fluid Indian!
