My HP laptop constantly freezes. I keep having to shut it off and then turn it on again to make it work - and then it promptly freezes again. Other times, when I'm watching videos, the video will freeze literally every minute, and I have to go to a previous video, then go back to the one I was watching, move the little thing under the video to the time the video last froze and hope it starts up again - and I have to do several times before it freezes again one to two minutes later.
I will never ever buy an HP computer again - Congratulations, HP - you have lost my business for good. You'll not get any more money from me.
