My hp laptop constantly freezes. I keep having to shut it off and then turn it on again to make it work - and then it promptly freezes again. Other times, when I'm watching videos, the video will freeze literally EVERY MINUTE, and I have to go to a previous video, then go back to the one I was watching, move the little thing under the video to the time the video last froze and hope it starts up again - and I have to do SEVERAL TIMES before it freezes again ONE TO TWO MINUTES LATER.
I will NEVER EVER buy an hp computer again - CONGRATUALTIONS, HP - YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD. You'll not get any more money from me.
