I returned 2 videos at the same time which I carefully checked to be sure the correct videos were in the matching case. Then I received a card saying I had not returned 1 video, just the case. I carefully check all cases before returning to make sure the correct video is in each one.
I called the store and was told either I pay for the missing video or I can no longer rent any more. As I said, I am very careful not to accidently put the wrong video in a case so returning an empty case is rediculous.
Either they clear this up or they have lost another very good customer. For years we have rented many many movies.
