Paid over 2000.00 for their laptop/tablet with touch screen. Had problems with it and was told I did not have enough memory so I sent it back and upgraded to get everything suggested. My priority was to get a working computer. During the one year warrenty sent it in no less than six times for same problem-screen freezes, randomly shuts down and powers back up. Each time they sent it back, I plug it in, same problem though the work sheet says they "duplicated problem and repaired". After one year warrenty up and they say I will have to now pay to get it working. So I essentially paid over 2000.00 for nothing. I never had a fully functioning computer.incidentally someone else at the hospital had same laptop and same issues. They simply downgraded to a 32 bit on their own and solved the problem. So after a year of not getting the problem fixed I decided that downgrading to 32 bit was better than nothing-the video card went out. Talking to customer service, often 'put on hold' and no one comes back, or 'accidentally' cut off.
