I purchased {my first and LAST} HP product, an Envy in October.in less than a month it had totally crashed. Reaching customer service by phone means lots of elevator music because they hand you off like a hot potato that no one can help. Finally got the machine sent for repair, received an e-mail Fed-X would deliver and needed a signature. NO delivery and called Fed-X who had never received the machine from HP. Called HP (a journey to "let me put you on hold' hell) to find out where the supposedly repaired product really is and was told everything from "you reached the wrong department" to "you dialed the wrong number" to "be patient" (yes after 45 minutes waiting for an answer to something a competent 12 year old could look up I was frustrated) "while I put you on hold because I can't help you". REALLY—You are the ones who sent the e-mail informing me when it would be delivered and I have all these order numbers, but no one can help me. So I deeply regret that I purchased an HP product and want to warn anyone who may need customer service to RUN FAST away from HP. If I ran my business with this much blame shifting and inability to answer basic questions I would be a pauper. So I am stuck with this HP, but have now learned that they can maybe deal with machines, but have NO CLUE about customer SERVICE. (It took well over an hour, and speaking to at least 4 departments to find anyone who could sort of serve me).
