I placed an order for a HP envy DV7T-7300 laptop. The payment was made by credit card on 2/7. I found out on 2/15 that the order had been cancelled. I called 888 897 8561 and talked to three different people before a man told me that the order was cancelled because they did not have stock on that model. He could/would not tell me if any more would be available. I was forwarded to sales to pick a different model. She said it was available. She went to find why the order was cancelled and a new man came on line. He told me they would not accept my order. Go to a retail store. He refused to tell me why they would not accept the order. When I said I was planning to file a complaint and asked for a name, he hung up on me.
