I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50K for a graduation present for my son. I received an email asking for me to call the next day to confirm the order.

In the meantime I learned that other customers had experienced difficulties when purchasing from this company. Consequently, my wife called and cancelled the order. They did not readily accept the cancellation, but repeatedly asked why she was cancelling. Finally they agreed to cancel the order but refused to send a confirmation that the order was cancelled. They were extremely rude and hung up on my wife.

I then called and, once again, asked for a confirmation that the order was cancelled. They once again refused and hung up on me. A third call resulted in the same behavior.

At this point, I do not know whether, in fact, that the order was cancelled, or whether I can expect to see a charge sometime in the future that will have to go through dispute resolution.

I will not ever try to do business with this company and, certainly, can not recommend them.
