I have to create a criticism concerning the Danbury, CT shop. The supervisor, Alex was designed to have assisted us last Sunday. My partner and that I went there last Sunday having a gift-card which was regarded "inactive". We'd to contact the client support point from our very own individual mobile phones since the team wouldn't achieve this. As we got the client support about the telephone and described the problem, the telephone people were useful and requested to talk to the client support people.
JCPis customer support stated they'd deliver us a brand new gift-card to displace our 2 inactive cards.
