First I watched the manager put oil in the engine. Then I watched as the man in the pit started to drain the oil. I asked what had happened and the manager quickly stated the other man prefilled the engine with oil and now had to drain the old oil. They use a cheap filter. When asked to top the tires off at the manufacturers recommended pressure, they stated that the machine was preset for pressure and could not be changed. I'm worried about my engine now, with 105K miles. I'm off to get another oil change immediately at a reputable shop. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.
