Incorrect filter install led to the engine damage, had to pay 800 to fix

I took my husbant's car to the Xpress Lube for oil change on Friday, February, 2nd. On Sunday, February, 4th, we noticed weird sounds coming from the engine. We had get our car towed to the Mazda shop. They said that because the filter was installed improperly, the oil leaked out and damaged the engine. We had to pay 800 to fix it. We asked Jeff, the manager of the Xpress Lube, if they can reimburse us, but, of course he said no because first we took the car to Mazda instead of to them. I'm planning to right the letter to the address which appers on the receipt, but have little hopes that anyone will respond. We consider ouselves lucky that we paid only 800, because it could be worse.

Please, don't take your car to this place and tell all your friends about it. They don't know what good customer service is and don't accept the resposibility for their mistakes.
