In Dec. Of 03 I purchased a 2004 Work and Play toy hauler / RV. I did not put it on the road until March. For about 2 months everything was fine. Until June. First, it blew a bearing buddy, then I found out by an auto mechanic, the brakes were worn and callapers were blown out. I immediately took the rv to Turning Wheel for warranty service but I was made to look stupid, told the brakes were fine because auto mechanics don't know what rv brakes look like and sent me on my way.
The very next weekend, the thing blew 2 tires also the brakes malfuntioned. I proceeded to another rv dealer where I got the shocking news. Upon inspection the rv mechaninc found blown seals, bad magnets and just plain as he put it a big mess! From the beginning, Turning Wheel promised to replace the scratched up propane cover on the rv. Everytime I called I got a different story. It was on order or had to be made. They said they would call me but never did. The interior door on the inside fell off the hinges but was never hung properly so the door doesnt stay shut.
That was 9 months ago. The warrenty expires in Dec. Of this year 04 I honestly believe I am being avoided as I have made several attempts of contact through e-mail and phone. No response... I feel, as a single woman, I have been taken advantage of
