From the beginning of my loan term I had been harrased by Triad employess who said I did not make payments and I would have to get the paperwork to prove to them I did. After I proved my check payment it was always ok until the next month rolled around and we went through it all over again. During this time even though payments were made they were reporting it as late payments because they failed to update my files that payment had been received (even after they cashed the checks).

For this reason I started making payments via wester union (at additional charges for me) because they said they would receive these payments immediately. Same problem I would receive harrasing phone calls and I would give them the reciept number to prove the payment.

Due to medical/physical disability I was temporarily disabled from work. I got behind on my payments. I asked to recieve a copy of my contract because usually a consumer has disability insurance in the contract of the loan. They refused to send me a copy of my contract. I have never received a copy of my contract with Triad.

I was dealing with a women at Triad who said I qualified for an extension. If I would make one payment now I would qualify for a 3 month ext that would bring my account up to date and give me an extra month to pay. I did so.

I recieved a call from someone else at Triad 1 1/2 weeks later demanding money. I explained to her the arrangements made she said there are no arrangements and I asked to be transferred to the women I was dealing with who made those arrangements after I was transferred I asked her what was going on she apologize and said she made a mistake giving me the information but if I would make 1 more payment I would qualify for a shorter extension and asked me to call back and let her no when I could make the next payment.

I called back later that day but got her voicemail. I left her a voice advising her I could make the additional payment Oct 18 and requested her to call me back to let me know if this was ok or if other arrangements would be needed.

As I never received a call back, the week of Oct 11th I tried to call her every day the entire week requesting her to contacting me as to if those arrangements were ok or if additional arrangements needed to be made. As no one was answering the line I left voicemails all week.

As I never had trouble reaching anyone before I can only assume that when they saw it was my number they chose not to answer the phone to help me arrange to try to PAY THEM money. (a receptionist at Triad informed me they have a telephone system that shows who is calling in).

Oct 16th (2 days before payment was to be made according to agreement made by Triad) I received a call from another women advising me that payments were due in full now or the car would be picked up that day. I explained to her and gave her the name of the women I was dealing and had made arrangements and another extension. She advised me there was nothing in my notes that I had spoken to or dealt with anyone at this company in over a month. I advised her I had documentation proving otherwise but she was not interested.

Oct 16th I tried to call back and speak to the women who made the arrangements for me. NO ANSWER, left another detailed voicemail of the calls I received and wanted to know what was going on with the arrangements she made.

Oct 18 the day the payment was due I tried to call again to assure the arrangement was ok. I advised on the voicemail that I needed to speak with someone before making this payment.

Oct 25 I sent an email into management, CEO, Vice President regarding these matters. I have not received a response.

Oct 26 Another women called and advised all payments were due now and that I need to make the payments now and that the car was being picked up. I explained to her I had no problem making the payments but before making the payments wanted agreement that once the payments were made the car would not be picked up. I asked her if the car was already out for repo she said she would not answer that I asked her why and she said because she did not want to.

I tried to explain to these people I will make these payments however I will not make the payments if the car will be repo'ed after payments have been made. No one will return my calls nor answer these questions. They have advised me they do not have to give my ANY informaiton of any kind on my account. Even how much I owe.

The entire experience with the company has been one of the worst ever.

Triad is Dishonest, Agressive, Harassing and every business code of ethics is broken by this company.
