Danny Foreman, Dan Foreman Sold me a lemon... Needed tires, keys, windshield wipers broken, needed A/C which I paid for and is not fixed! I had to put 4 tires on it... Then I called to schedule and paid my 2nd car paymen

I traded in a perfect running 2000 Mustang convertable only because I am disabled and could no longer get in and out of the low car. I explained my problem. They sold me a Hundai Santa Fe, nice but as I sat there for the better part tof 8 hours while they supposedly made sure everything worked and then had me sign papers which by the way were written as shady as could even be imagined.in addition to my Mustang I traded in a motorcycle, scooter, boat and trailer plus $100.00 cash. I pulled off the lot in the rain only to find out that the wipers were broke causing me to wait an other almost hour. The A/C blew cold when I turned it on then by the time I got home it blew hot. The driver window dont work. The wiper washer is broke, and I had to put 4 tires on it. Two while i was out of town. I called to explain that I had my $50.00 car payment but had to use it for tires and that I would pay in 1 day... I called and talked to Unis I explained to her that I want the A/C to be finished. She informed me that I need to come in and make my car payment of $50.00 and sign another work order and then schedule a date to finish the A/c... I told her I live on a fixed income and I live far away... I told her I already signed a work order where I was promised the A/C would be fixed parts and labor for $100.00 which I already paid to the company. I asked her should I pay now or can we schedule the A/C work to be finished and I would bring check then and sign the new work order (which I don't understand why I have to sign another work order for the same job) She said and I quote "I will have to talk to manager and call you back, I gave her a phone number to reach me and I never got the call. That was Monday and on tuesday the repossed my car!!! I wish to file a class action suit against them as they are very very shady in business. I am a reporter I am filing with the BBB and Florida Today, Angies List and anyone else I think of... R U with me??? Donna Cox Feel free to call me and let's stop being victum to rip off artists!
