Ripped me off with 2 cars in 3 months ripoff

Here is the why I'm so pissed off. ON April 28 I went to Joe Cooper In Midwest City because on the tv they say bad credit they can help you. Well I definetly have bad credit because of my ex husband not paying on his car.

I went and got a 2001 Ford Mustang. Thats what I always wanted was a Mustang. WELL on Mothers Day the window rolled down and wouldnt roll back up. SO That Monday I took off work and went to get it fixed. They glued the window back in place. They said don't roll the window down for 48 hours so the glue will sit. OK so I did that. WELL 2 1/2 days later I go and roll the window down and it did it again.

So I had to take off again. This time they just fixed it to where the window just stayed up, because that week it was raining really bad. They said in 2 weeks they should have the parts in and they would give me a call. They never did call, so I called them, it took me 6 weeks to finally get the car back in and for them to fix the window to where I could role it down.

When I got my car back the window rattled like it was going to fall out of the car. And ON top of all that the door had dents and dings from them messing with the window.

SO I talked to the salesman and he told me to come back in and I could talk with the general manager. Well the GM had me write down every thing wrong with that car. There was at least 18 things wrong. He said that he was sorry they shouldn't have even sold that car to me. SO they offered me my money back or another car.

Well I did the car because I have a 6 and 4 year old child and need to get to work and back.

They didn't let me pick the car I want really. I asked after I test drove the car they pulled up in, if I could go look at the other cars. I was told that the other car they was going to show me they just sold. (imagen that) that poor person.

So I looked the car over and even the tires that wasn't touching the ground. And it was a 2005 Kia Optima. They said that this is the nicest car they could get me without any dents in it.

I got it home and well lets just say the tire that was touching the ground I couldn't see is bald. So bald that its dangerous to even drive on it.

WELL I GOT THAT KIA ON 6/23 and on 7/10 guess what it broke down in rush hour traffic. It just died. SO I called Joe Cooper and the GM said a tow truck is on their way. Not joking 3 hours later my car got picked up. They took it to Kia and had it tested to see what was wrong with it, they drove it as a personal car and WOW they can't find anything wrong with the car.
SO I finally got it back on 7/20!

Well i couldn't drive the car because of the tire and because of where i work and where i live... So my fiance was driving and well on 7/27 it did the same thing.

I still don't have my car back. Yeah they have give me 3 different kinds of cars in this last 3 months to drive while the one i'm making a car payment on is trying to get fixed some how.

AND FOR THE LAST CAR I ONLY HAVE GOT TO DRIVE IT FOR 1 WEEK THATS IT. The rest of the time it has been broke down.

I asked for my money back and the GM says well I offered that to you the first time or to get in a better car. And he the said to me I put you in a better car... All I know is I will never buy another car there again or tell anyone to and I talk to a lot of people and work with a lot of people.

So I tell them my story as well.
If your smart you will not get a car from joe cooper ford.

I have tried 4 times to call Joe Cooper himself and he will not return my calls.

All I have to say after all of that is if you do go to Joe Cooper then look your car over really good. Even the paint job to make sure you have both pin stripes are on the car. If anyone can help me either figure out how I could just get my old car back or my money please help me. Thanks
