Tricked and scammed like the other two... Wish I found this site and reports sooner.
Joe with V. Flores Transport took full payment up front wired to his "business" acct (Honora Logistics) to move a small fleet of vehicles 500 miles in the state of California. He delivered less than half, stole one and will not give it back.
When we try to contact Joe, he does not answer his phone, his voice mail is full, so you can't leave him a message. He will return 1 in 10 calls. When we try to talk with him, he yells and becomes violent on the phone, while dodging your questions, and withholding information. He will make any excuse possible (we've heard dozens) to convince you he will perform and deliver your vehicle in just "1 or 2 more days..."
The truck was taken Sept. 25th, and as of Oct. 10th, he refuses to disclose where its at.
We suspect the stolen truck is being used for the same type of scam as reported by the others on this website in the last month. The police are involved now. Hopefully we get the truck back, and it doesn't have damage, extra miles, or missing parts. Time will tell.
Ultimately, we hired V. Flores / Joe to transport vehicles. He did not perform.
Would never recommend him to work with human beings on this planet.
