Franciso Flores and his associates are on-time ONLY BEFORE the contract & CASHING in your check. He's nice and personable when making the deal, when you sign the so-called contract that's where ALL the trouble starts.
They we're late in delivering the plywood by one day, and that's ALL they ever delivered. Mr. Flores took more money and never delivered the rest of the wood or materials as agreed. He showed up 2 days later in person and said he will deliver the wood 4 days after or he will refund our money. Four days later, Mr. Flores texts us that he is out of business and he will bring us back our refund. He doesn't say when or what time. Mr. Flores texts he will bring us the refund if we just give him 3 more days. After 3 days? No calls, no texts or refund. As of this writing he has not communicated with us and we still don't have our refund.
Hope this helps others to stay away from these creatively deceptive people.
