I originally chose a tire/wheel package that costed approx.$2500 (Giovanna Dalar-5). Once I confirmed online payment I received a call stating that the package I wanted would actually be an additional $1800. I agreed, then hours later told they were out of that wheel so to choose another. I chose another tire/wheel package that I agreed to on the website confirmation screen that would total approx $5800 (Asanti AF 164) with a setting of 9.5" all the way around to avoid the issue I had with the first set (additional $1,800). I was then called a day later saying the wheels I selected are ONLY available in a "staggered" fit which I would have to choose and which would mean I would HAVE to pay an additional $1800 for special wheels, even though I did not want to and the website made no mention of this when I confirmed purchase. I agreed and thought that was the end. Days later I receive a call saying the custom color scheme I want will run me over $1000 more due to Asanti (wheel manufacturer) charging more. I was irate and explained I am looking at the website right now and it says any custom color scheme I want. I did not even pick my own color, I chose the example they gave (carId.com) in which I received the reply that there's nothing they can do, either pay or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and a manager instead ignored my request and told the sales rep to lower it to $940. Albeit frustrated I decided to go along with it, then a few days later after struggling with the decision I decided to cancel the order because $9,200 is just too much for an original purchase that I agreed to via their website stated $5,800. I received an email from their rep saying the cancellation was received and I will see a refund within 5-7 days. Then a day later another customer service rep calls me saying because my order was already submitted to the manufacturer and I cannot cancel because I missed the deadline by about 2 days. This was August 31st and the ETA ship date of my order on their website tracking said October 28th, 3 months!!! I immediately respond to the email via phone but did not hear back from the rep (Marcel Berry) until about 3 or 4 days later via email. The additional $940 paint charge was never mentioned anywhere during the initial order and the fact I have to pay this is completely unfair. Please at lease take off $940 or refund my total order. I signed a "Full Verification" form which I have a copy of and that strictly stated the amount of $8,200 and not the $9,119 that I was charged. To make matters worse, BEFORE the additional $940 was added, I received an email from Harold King with a picture of the rims I wanted and he asked if this was my choice. I replied yes it is and then the full verification sheet was signed, how can they advertise ANY custom color, even have their own example which I CHOSE, and not know it would be a thousand dollars more? I have a complaint out to the Better Business Bureau and am asking that somebody please help me. I'm not trying to ask for discounts etc, I just want my refund and order cancelled, this has been the worst buying experience of my life. If it cannot be cancelled, which I find absurd, then please eliminate that bogus additional $940 fee.

The absolute cherry on top is that on 9/4 I recieve an email from Marcel Berry (customer service) acknowledging that the internet pricing is misleading and they are having someone look into changing that AND also acknowledging that the rep who told me I would receive a refund (name was Leigh Kean) is new and in training & they will make sure Leigh is aware of proper procedures, they will STILL NOT offer me any sort of refund or compensation and my ONLY option is to have the wheels NOT painted to save money. I replied that, that is absolutely not an option because I paid for wheels that clearly stated any custom color I wanted. This is an absolute nightmare, honestly.
