A while back I had a flat tire and since I purchased all 4 of my custom tires and wheels from Les Schwab... I dropped of my tire on the custom wheel to them for repair. The attached a tag on the wheel with my name, address and phone number. When I came back later... The wheel and tire were nowhere to be found! I have been back at least 6 times and all I get is the manager getting my name and number, looking at the other wheels/tires on my truck and promising to call with what they were going to do to fix thye problem. NOTHING ever gets done and NO ONE EVER calls me back! They never gave me a receipt when I dropped off my tire but I do have the original purchase documents for the 4 tires and custom wheels I bought from Les Schwab. I also have photos of my truck with the other 3 wheels and tires which match the missing one if that might be needed.
