I ordered a set of rims and tires for my 2005 Nissan Maxima. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that the wheels were thw wrong size. I ordered 19" wheels and they delivered 20" to me. I had the wheels installed on my vehicle and immediately noticed that the wheel were rubbing on sharp turns. I called Victoria and spoke to Quincy. He instructed me to return the wheels for a full refund for it had only need a couple of days. I returned the package, and waited for my refund. Victoria tire has been dodging me ever since. That was 5 years ago and I still havent received my 1000.00 dollars. I even hired a lawyer but it seems that this company is in the business of keeping people's money without delivering a product. I finally got through to them about 2 years ago and they said they would only give me a store credit of half of my money. I told them that this was totally absurd and for the headache they put me through, I wanted my money. They refused and that was the last I have heard from them. This company is a nightmare and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a great product and great service to look somewhere else.
