I ordered a 20" chrome wheel and tire package over the phone from Wheel Planet (Inox Wheels) on 6/15, I was told that they had these wheels in stock and would ship immediately.
On 6/21 I was told that the wheels had shipped on 6/18 but they still didn't have a tracking #. On 6/25 I was told that the wheels didn't ship because 1 wheel was missing. I was told that the wheels would ship 2nd day because I had been lied to and been waiting. On 7/7 I was told that the wheels shipped but they would have the tracking# by the end of the day.
On 7/8 I still had no tracking#.
Henry had been giving me his word every time I speak to him that he would give me a tracking# by the end of the day and I still don't have anything, no money refund, no wheels, no proof of shipping.
I been calling for the past month, non stop and all I get is a voice mail. I had left dozens of messages a day, e-mails with no sucess...
I also called FedEx abd they said that I have nothing in transit to me, like Henry said there was.
Till this day 07/27, I call them constantly and no one picks up or returns my call. Also I never received the wheels or the refund of my $1,625.
