Ripoff scam car did not hold its value as promised

I purchased a 2002 montero @ 5.9% and was told that this car would hold it's value. This info came from Mr. Barrett himself during the signing of my financing paper work.

Mr. Barrett also told me that I would not have any problem refinancing in a year or so. I wanted to refinancing because I had to have a co-signer and wanted to have them removed at a later date. This is not possible because this car did not hold it's value at all.

I tried to go to a different car so that I can have a cheaper pmt ($657.15). While I was at this other dealership the manager of the dealer ship came to me and first offered his apologies and gave me the amazing news that my 38,000.00 car was worth only 13,000.00 no more that 3yrs after I had purchased it with only 45,000 mile.

When u put your trust in a dealership, and the owner of that dealership tells u that u have a car that holds it's value you feel comfort in this. Now u find out differently. And you r mad as hell and want some revenge. This is not only the fault of the dealership but the fault of the company or companies that supply the loans for these scam dealers.

And if anyone has tried to get there car serviced at any Mitsubishi dealership in and around austin you know the crap service you get as well as the crappy service people not knowing what they r doing. I believe if i took my 3 year old over there she could do a better job.

I smell a lawsuit! Anyone interested?

Signed,
