Since Febuary I traded in a 2003 Mitsubishi, Galant at the dealership of Billy Young Mitsubishi, a privately owned dealership here in Killeen, Texas.in return the dealership agreed to payoff the car because at the time of trade-in there was a standing balance on the car. Up until this day, September 11, Billy Young has failed to uphold their side of the agreement. Billy Young Mitsubishi has been notified on numerous occasions by myself, my husband, and the lean holder of the car. So at this point in time the car is no longer in the presence of Billy Young Mitsubishi, it was sold. At one point in time in the dealership did attempt to pay off the car, but due to insuffient funds their check was declined.
