Theirongame Authorized return of wrong part for reimbursement then refused to refund - would not answer phone

Contacted this seller before purchase on Ebay to be sure the part would work for my application. The part did not work and finally received written authorization to return via ebay email. The seller, from that point on completely ignored his word to refund purchase price and refused all attempts to contact him. Thankfully Ebay went the extra beyond the usual 45 day period to file a complaint and returned my purchase price but I had to eat the return freight. This company has a good rating but I feel if there is any kind of problem with your order you will be ignored and hung out to dry. Beware!
