Deceptive marketing no protection for buyers, zero customer service, fraudulent guarantees ripoff

Purchased book from fraudulent seller from Ebay. Could not contact seller because of inaccurate contact information. Never recieved book or refund.

Contacted Ebay to report scam. Seller still allowed to sell even though there wasn't correct information to contact seller

Tried to file a claim to get some reimbursement
Sent several E-mails to E-bay to get money back-no return responses

Only way to talk to Ebay is through chat. Was given the complete run around. Finally was told I couldn't get my money back because of a clerical error that I made.

Ebay refused to correct mistake that I made. I was told originnally that since I used a money order I was eligible for a claim through Ebay's customer protection plan.

But since I made an inital error filing the dispute, I couldn't file a claim. I had a money order receipt. But Ebay would not "listen" to my problem. I tried to "chat" with a supervisor, but was told no one was available and my chat was disonnected.

There is no way to speak to someone directly in Ebay. There is protection for the seller not the buyer. I can't even call them to fix my problem.

This is an easy problem to solve. But since Ebay doesn't want to pay my claim, they are refusing to fix my error.
