For the past two years or so, every time the UPS driver leaves a package at my door he drop-kicks the package to my door and taps lightly at the door, then runs for the safety of his truck. Is this because he sees my gay pride flag displayed (proudly, I might add) in my living room window, which is right next to the front door?
I also wonder if this is because of a Craig's List Personals entry in which I stated the past (I have a new driver now) UPS driver was handsome — nothing more serious than that was said, but that driver came to my door and complained to me about the listing saying his boss had given him hell over it. This is what leads me to believe that the "higher ups" in UPS are all homophobic and their hiring practices are also suspect.
Will someone PLEASE knock some sense into this archaic business and let them know we are in the 21st century?
