I traveled via Air India - AI 127 on 15th May, had a checked in luggage (A hard board tube, 4 ft long, containing 2 posters) at Chicago airport.
I complained at San Francisco airport (final destination), American Airlines, vide file locator - TXLTGM, Name - Mistry Jitendrakumar.
According to verbal communication with American airlines person, the baggage is at Chicago Airport since 1 day, despite of message to Air India by Amercian airlines, the Air India s not releasing the baggage.
We are all the way to US for the presentation of these posters on 17th May. Because of unacceptable delay from Air India this has happened. We tried to call multiple times on 18002237776,18002553191 and 7736861435 to contact with Air India authority. But either it kept on running cassette or they pick the phone and cut off.
This is really the worst service, we need an urgent action for the same
