On dec 28th the UPS driver for my area was making a delivery to my house. He went right next door to my brother in laws driveway and left a UPS InfoNotice on his windshield of his car, not knocking on the door nor ringing the door bell. So as my brother in law was going to his car he noticed the ticket on his windshield and walked it over to my house. So we call the number that was given and that took over an hour and a half to even talk to someone to try to set it up so i can go pick it up the next day. But no luck with that i missed there cut off time and my package will be redelivered on Jan 02. So Jan 2nd came and this time i had people looking out for the UPS Driver my brother in law saw him around by our house and told him that my husband was at home waitting for him this is were the house was located The UPS Driver never went down my street he just left another notice in my mailbox. Now this isnt the first time this has happened, and this is getting very old. I just chalked it up it being a new driver who dosent know this area but someone told him where i lived and he didnt even attemp to come and knock on my door. And i am not even complaining about going thought out the New Year with out my product.
