I have a 2006 vw jetta, i purchase a $2300 platinum warranty from mepco access warranty that covers they engine an tranny warranty, on the 02/26 i was driving my car i heard the engine start makin funny noise i take the car to steve park ave mechanic shop in longisland ny he did a compression test on engine no compression on clyinder 2. The mechanic removed the engine frm car tore it apart found the valves an piston is damaged. The mechanice recommend to the warranty to replace the engine. The warrany came an take pitchures. They conclude that they cannot fix the car bcus of a exhaust. Thats how i bought tha car tehy should have told me that b4 they sold me tha warranty.
