I purchased an extended warranty on an automobile when I financed it with my credit union.in about 3000 miles the engine failed and the warranty group, after authorizing the repair shop to tear the engine down to find out the full extent of the damage denied my claim based a an unrelated aftermarket component that my mechanic as well as several others i have talked to all say could not have caused the failure. Now i dont even have a marginally operative vehicle becuase the engine is in pieces. My lawyer aants to sue but all i want is my car fixed...
