We were also stupid enough to buy a warranty with this fly-by-night company, they wouldn't cover any repairs, so we sold our truck. Now, we have waited since 4/1 to get our prorated refund for the time left on our contract. The company said it will take 30 45 working days to process the check. So far, they never returned any calls, or sent us any refund. I am so sorry we did any business with this company.
I'll bet the CEO Anthony J. Hodel who hob nobs with GW Bush, is rolling in the dough, while we are duped by his company. Good things happen to bad people!
