Rip-off! Company won't pay a claim they say is "approved" and pending

I purchased an extended warranty on my used truck from this company. The transmission broke and needed to be repaired. I took it to an authorized repair shop, where they proceeded to follow the instructions for processing this claim.

It's been over 6 months now, and I had to pay for the warranty side of the repairs, because this company won't pay it. Now this company has a law suite against them from the Ohio Attorney General because they are not paying claims to many other people to. Don't buy a warranty from platinum warranty!!!
