I took this warrany out on 03-10 the cost $1374.00 for my 1997 Dodge truck. I took it to Bachman-Bernard Dodge to get some work 10-16. Platinum Warranty Corp. Ok the work claim #13523. I hat to pay for the work $462.30. They said i hat to wait 45 day befour they would pay me. This 04-01, i have not got my money. I call 2 or 3 time a wk.
They give me the run round. They put me in hard time, I disability an get $639.00. I had to do with out my prescription an food because they will not pay me. I would like to get my $1374.00 back. I don't belive in the way they have done me. Don't buy any Warrany at Platinum Warranty Corp. The Better Business Bureau of Cleveland said they have 220 complaints in the last 12 months. Mr. Anthony j hodel live in a $775000.00 home, I help pay four. I live in a 3 room home is this right.
