Precision Tune Auto Care
Chuck Zurakoski and his inexperienced mechanic ripped me off. He overcharged me for my part that was $249 (he charged me $399.90)

Took my car to this place to get code P0410 removed. He stated I needed a secondary air injection pump. I asked him how much would it cost me and he said $399.90. When I asked why the part coated so much he said "your part is expensive because the part u need is no longer sold separately, it comes with two hoses so u have to pay a little more." I asked him what the full price would be including labor he stated $601. I told him I would bring my car back tomorrow to have the work done and he said in order for him to do the work on my car I would have to pay for it up front because that was too much money for him to be spending on a part if I wasn't gonna get the work done. I paid him up front for the repairs and brought my car the next day to be fixed. Assuming that the part was put on correctly I picked up my car later that day and the check engine light was off. The next morning I go out to warm my car and it starts to rattle. I called chuck to let him know and he tells me to bring the car back.By the time I get back over there after work the check engine light is back on. Another diagnostic is done on it and the same code is there again. He tells me he reset the code again but u can't here the rattling noise. I go out to look under my hood as he is trying to explain to me that he needs to keep the car over night and notice a bread tie is wrapped around my ABS/cruise control. I asked him why was that on there and he told me it was already there... Yeah Chuck!!! I told him no it wasn't. He got the mechanic who then stated that he put it there but it was already broke he just put the tie on it so it wouldn't fall off in the street. LIE!!! Anyway I took my car home and as I'm leaving this d*n place the engine light comes back on. I called him back and asked him do he think that maybe he got a defective part which he said no. Just let him keep the car over night. I asked where he purchased the part from and he stated the Cadillac dealership so he knows the part is good. My uncle called the dealer and they told him that the part was not priced at $399.90 because he was gonna buy me another part to put on the car. When I confronted chuck with this over pricing he stated every successful business does not sell parts for the same price that they pay for them. I told him that he lied to me when he told me that part was that price. I was never offered to go get my own part nor was I told that I would be charged more for them getting the part. I asked him for my $150 back he said no because that also pays for me bringing my car back the last two times. H*l had they fixed it right I probably would've never known that he was taking advantage of me. Is this how precision tune runs their business by getting over on women??? I'm out of $601, my car was never fixed, and he also broke something else. Guess what I don't know who they think I am but they haven't heard the last of me!!! I'LL SEE YOUR A* IN COURT "CHUCK" and your sorry a* mechanic too.
