I took my car to Walt's to have some work done. Upon getting the car back my check engine light came on again. Walt advised me that it was another problem and tried to charge me three times what the part cost. Upon finding out how much the part cost myself, I found that Walt had put an unversial part on my car that he told me that wouldn't fit. Walt charged me more for the part then what the dealership charged.

I found this out when I took my car to the Jag dealership and had them verify the part on the car. I have been going to him for years. I never once thought that he would do this to me. When I confronted Walt he refuses to give me the difference back. I advised Walt that I have proof from the dealership that he over charged me for the part and that I he didn't get the part from the Jag dealership. The dealership went online and found out for me where he got the part from and how much it cost. He charged me $1485.00 for a catalytic converter for my car and the part he put was a unversial part for $437.00 from Benchmark. If he could do this to me then how many more of his customers he is ripping off!
