On jan 14@ 5:25pm-these people take the word ahole to a new level. We entered their car wash self serve. Signage and lighting was poor. They charge by the minute. We walked around the car 2 times with the wand probably less than 3 minutes. We tried to check out no cashier where the cashier used to be. We than approach the a-phone button pushing it several times. Minutes later someone answers telling us what to do, turns out the code would not take. Finally after 5 minutes of fighting with the technology they said " come into the gas station with their over seas accent" we approached the station thinking that they might be receptive and understanding given the situation.instead this miserable east indian jerk antagonized us. "we will only charge you $5 dollars instead of $30 he says! You were in the their for over half hour he says your lucky we let you in the car wash closes at 5. Well they let us in at 5:30 so you can now see the level of tact and honest here. You were in their for a long time" we were lost for words. We asked for a manager name or contact at which time he refuse to give us anyone name wrote down on a piece of paper the number to call. Upon leaving we decided to call. You guessed it. He gave us the number to his line at this station. They never picked up the line and when they did they kept hanging up on us. We called back 2 hours later and he told us the shift changed as he was trying to cover his tracks. He than hung up. These people charged us $5 dollars for a 2 minutes. This is being posted as they acted like terrorists abusing us and almost holding us hostage saying that if we did not pay the $5 dollars they would call the police and charge us $30. Stay the hell a away from these aholes. We will never return or for that matter ever go to an esso station. Its like a nightmare from the middle east dealing with stupid immigrants.
